Company Policies

Safety

​Passengers must follow all laws and regulations under Federal and Arizona Law including but not limited to:

  • Seat belts must be worn by all passengers during vehicle transport

  • Any passenger under the age of 12 must use the proper child restraint system (infant car seat, regular car seat, booster) in accordance with the passenger's age and weight. Top Shelf Transportation can provide seats upon request.

Passengers are expected to follow all instructions provided by the driver.

Payment

Top Shelf Transportation accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards as payment for services provided.

Rides

We prefer at least 24 hours notice before the time of requested transportation. Exceptions are made at company discretion.
